can any body help

Hi every body,
Can any body help me in cleaning the computer from the new virus, bec I can’
t find any anti virus that can clean the virus, which came to me as an
attachment, telling me that they need my opinion and help, from some one
that is well known to me, and that’s how I get infected big time, so please
can any body help in that
