Mashhour & Board,

Thanks for the msg and vote of confidence.  However, given I do not have 
experience in public tenders, I would like to suggest that someone who does 
replace me on this committee.  Given the reference material is in Arabic and 
the in and outs are many...live experience is critical if value added input is to 
be given.
