Dear all,

I stated my position in the board meeting yesterday, but here it is 
again:

- Pita was created to collectively fight cases like this... and we 
can't simply pass this opportunity with a thank you letter to Abu 
Mideen.

- All Members should be involved, and be verbal so we can make a 
dent in this corrupt system...a general meeting to discuss this 
case is IN ORDER.

- HP was not officially named, but we all know they are somehow 
involved, and should be invited to clarify their position...once we 
have the facts from their side, we can ALL either stand with them if 
they did not do any wrong, or take whatever steps needed to clarify 
Pita's position.

- Pita's credibility (members & board) is at stake here...how we 
handle this case will justify (at least to me) why we have Pita, and 
how much each of us stands for the principles we agreed to when 
we joined.

I ask Dr. Mashhour to invite HP preferably earlier than saturday, but 
if that fails, I go with the suggested Saturday meeting.
