The attached file is information requested from Mashhour a long time ago. If
anybody has a comment or modification , please do so. Else we ask Mashhour
to fill in.

Who is preparing the agenda for today. I would like to add the issue of the
executive role of Mashhour. I think that we need to make sure that Mashhour
will not get into other matters and then see that he is too busy. Another
issue is proper reporting of activities is writing, which we are missing. We
should expect a written report from Mashhour on activities such as the visit
to Jordan... not simply a friendly verbal report.

	I do suggest that we should ask Mashhour to work on two budgets, one
	include the  fixed revenues and the expected expenses. And the other
one
	that will include the expected activities and the agreed donations.
This
	will help us to avoid any surprises at the end of the year. 

	To answer your question, it seems that Mashhour is expecting good
profit
	especially from Gitex and the directory which is understood but not
	guaranteed.
