Hi,
Please add safa' that all committees shall come up with agreed upon
recommendations, decisions, and actions by Sep 15, 2001. In addition, an
agenda for each meeting should be prepared and sent to Paltel prior to the
committees meetings.

Please note that I have missed most of the talking, so add whatever things I
