9th Arab Businessmen and Investors - Dubai - 12-14 Nov 2001

Dear Safa;
I have looked over the material on this conference and it looks very
interesting.

Mainly, it's a conference with lectures on all aspects of investment in IT,
but also it has an exhibition + Meetings arrangements.

I see it as an excellent opportunity for companies targeting Arab world +
learning from other Arab countries.

I don't know if Palestine can get a slot of its own there, or PITA can
present a paper on some of the topics suggested in the conference program.
Maybe the Fed of Indust Union can answer to that. Also, PITA should know
who's taking the lead on this in Palestine, the Federation of Industries,
Union of Chambers of Commerce, etc etc, and maybe PITA would partner with
them to be the Technical Rep of Palestine in the conference.

In principle, MAP is welling to support this activity if put together
properly, specially in the context of Arab ICT Association.

With Best Regards

Omar D. Al-Sahili
