                Without going in deep analysis of Dr. Omar draft strategy, I can see that he is starting the  " negotiation " from point 0 again, this is not what we talked about before and it is three month work down the drain. I suggest that we assemble a team maybe tarek, Sam and someone else, get exactly what we want as ISPs and sit and talk. what do you think ?
