FW: UNDP Capturers Tender
Dear Board

I second Jaffal's claim, and I add on it that the UNDP did not respect the
copy right laws in this tender through not buying original licenses for
Microsoft.

Regards/Ibrahim

Dear All,

Following to my telecon with Ibrahim I would like to express my deep concern
about the way the UNDP acted in the latest tender, since Al Jaffal has
quoted the lowest price and we fulfill the tender requirements we feel its
strange that they didn't purchase the computers from us.

We have nothing against the company who won the tender, but I would like to
escalate my request officially to Pita board to deal with UNDP officially
in this problem and open investigation in this issue, to see why did UNDP
did this illegal action against us and we know from our experience that the
buy the lowest prices if they fulfill requirements.

Please consider my e mail as an official request, if you might need any
info please call me or e mail me on the under mentioned numbers.

Regards

Eng. Ibrahim Jaffal
