Please send us the admin report before the meeting so we can 
read it thorowly.

we were supposed to have the finanical report today, but Hanna 
says there was some missing papers and they just got them today.

He promissed to have the Financial report ready by 4pm 
monday.... it will be a draft for the board to approve...once the 
board approves it, he will sign it and it will become official.

are all the logistics set?? we only have 1 week to go.
