RE: MBC letter
Khalid,
Unfortunately there is no agreement, except that the original call for
service was sent only to members. Johnny Soudah got it from his mail as
Soudah com., which does not exist anymore. When I informed him that this
offer is open to members companies only he replied that MBC will join PITA
and this is how things developed.

All,

Is there a written agreement with MBC on this? If not then I suggest to
separate the two issues (membership and conduct). First he must apologize
to PITA so that he can get FULLY paid. If he wishes to join then the board
will look at it then and decide.

Khaled

Subject: MBC letter

Need to send this letter to MBC, I hope it will not be tuned down but be
even more tough. Johnny has shouted at Safa on the telephone and slammed the
telephone and told her that MBC is not interested to be member in PITA
although it was a condition and was a bargain when we accepted his offer to
the Strategy Workshop video conferencing and he accepted this. Now he is
asking for the money without joining PITA. Membership is not by force but he
is deceitful and ill-mannered as well!
Please if you have the email of said Baransi send it me to cc the msg to him

Dear Johnny,
I am surprised that you have resorted to unacceptable level of behaviour
yester day with Safa. I have fully informed you about the process of
conducting our business and this in not unique to MBC. I thought I was very
cooperative and helpful to you!
I can only restate again our conditions for making payment to MBC
1- Filling membership form and handed it to PITA office
2- After the BoD approves MBC membership, I sincerely hope (and personally
will work for that) they will not do this unless MBC formally make an
apology to PITA and Safa, then MBC will be paid remaining balance which is
$750
3- If the MBC membership is rejected, MBC still will not be paid unless MBC
make the formal apology

Meantime, MBC is a black listed company as far as PITA is concerned which
means PITA will not do business with MBC directly or indirectly nor we
advise any one of our members to do so.
