The apology should be requested from Johnny and not from MBC, and put Said

And there is no need to write that MBC will be black listed, we will decide
about it according to the reaction from the message.

Need to send this letter to MBC, I hope it will not be tuned down but be
even more tough. Johnny has shouted at Safa on the telephone and slammed the
telephone and told her that MBC is not interested to be member in PITA
although it was a condition and was a bargain when we accepted his offer to
the Strategy Workshop video conferencing and he accepted this. Now he is
asking for the money without joining PITA. Membership is not by force but he
is deceitful and ill-mannered as well!

I am surprised that you have resorted to unacceptable level of behaviour
yester day with Safa. I have fully informed you about the process of
conducting our business and this in not unique to MBC. I thought I was very
cooperative and helpful to you!
I can only restate again our conditions for making payment to MBC
1- Fillin
