Palnet Reply

Dear Mr. Omar..

"STOP COMPLAINING" was the last reply I would expect from a top management
of Paltel to one of its largest business customers (if not the largest).. I
thought my message might have raised a red flag indicating that something is
wrong with the current Paltel strategy, and it will encourage you to do
something about it and fast.. I resent the tone of your message, its
uncalled for, and plain out disrespectful.

As we discussed in our meeting two weeks ago .. PITA has given Paltel a
draft strategy many times and yet you throw the ball back in our court.. as
far as Palnet concerned.. and this is known to the public .. everything you
have requested Palnet has agreed to it without negotiations.. we and all
Paltel management also knows, have been doing even more than our share to
prove our goodwill ..we have even signed a document indicating that we will
abide to your terms and conditions regarding the VOIP and the Wireless
communications..

No.. the ball is in your court.. tell us what you want and how you want to
have your relation with your ISPs (your strategy)

Even though there are many alternatives to Paltel Network , Palnet has been
and will always be strategically committed to working with you, and you will
still hear me complain, so you, the top management of Paltel will know the
all wrong doings and mishaps in your organization. Trust me its a healthy
customer-supplier relationship...

Nael,

Explanation please.

MAAN,

THE BALL IS AND HAS BEEN IN YOUR COURT SINCE THE LAST TIME WE SPOKE AND
DISCUSSED THESE AND OTHER ISSUES.

I ALSO BELIEVE IT IS THE SAME COURT AS FAR AS PIS, POL ETC ETC...ARE
CONCERNED. WE WILL NOT DEAL WITH ONE ISP AT A TIME. YOU FOLKS DO NOT SEEM TO
BE ORGANIZED OR HAVE A UNIFIED VOICE TO REPRESENT YOU OR SPEAK ON YOUR
BEHALF.

WE REPEATEDLY REQUESTED A FORUM TO EXCHANGE VIEWS AND ARRIVE AT MUTUALLY
ACCEPTABLE AND BENEFICIAL WAYS AND/OR CONDITIONS FOR WORKING TOGETHER WITH
ALL ISP'S.

YOU FOLKS SUGGESTED PITA.

WE HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A REPLY. WE WILL CONTINUE TO WAIT. BUT PLEASE DO NOT
COMPLAIN IN THE MEANTIME.

Regards,

Abdel Rahman Omar
