Dear Mashhour,

Yesterday I was in Gaza and met with Dr. Sadi, MOI, I discussed with him the
idea of the workshop regarding PITA problem with the Ministry of
Communication.
He sugested that due to the current circumstances and movement restrictions
the
workshop will be difficult, especially bringing people from WBG together.
His
proposal that PITA write to him to explain the problems and he will meet
with
Mr. Emad Al Falouji with some of PITA BOD members and members in Gaza to
solve
solve these problems.

I beleive that due to the current circumstances, it might be a good ideal to
start with.

Please let me know what do you think so that I can follow up.
