Omar,
Welcome back. I request the changes highlighted in LOA before signing. PITA
simply can't accept it as its.
I do demand that LOAs are negotiated and signed before any future activity
between our two organisations is embarked upon.
This is to avoid misunderstanding and draining of PITA scarce resources.

Jim will sign it. You can go a head and pay the service providers up to 75%
of our share (around $4,000 to the web site and around $3,000 to Directory)
in accordance to the payment provisions in the LOA.
