Gitex 2001

I have received the contract docs for GITEX, for Shell Scheme (including
structure, carpet ... Etc) is $357 sqm total costs for 60 sqm will be
$21,420. We need to pay %50 of this with the form, which we are going to
send today, Hopefully.
I will do the following.
1- Send application forms for members to reserve their space return the form
signed + non-refundable %50 of cost cash or bank guaranteed cheques needed.
2- Members must have cleared all PITA pervious payments before or on handing
the forms.
3- If we get any subsidy PITA will consider passing it to participants.

We only have $1,200 in our bank and we cannot take risk or waste time if we
are serious about participation in GITEX.
