We may have not have the time to meet today, I do think that the following are purely technical issues (non policy matters) and the BoD need not get involved in the details of the following, however, the following has to be done today or early tomorrow morning, I need you consultation and feedback! 1- Letter to ANERA to support their project, Summary of project was sent to you earlier but attached here again 2- Start early next month course for members and non-members on financial advice for IT sector. DAI will move without us if we drag our foot. I think we should move on this since we have not been doing a lot on services. Attached description of course. 3- We need to decide to day on arrangement for the HR workshop and the development of PITA position paper on HR, Jane Masri will help courtesy of DAI, CV attached 4- Involvement with PalTel on the international Telecommunications day, document sent to us by PalTel is attached as well. MSG of PalTel to PITA is as follows " The 17th of May is the day were ITU celebrates World Telecommunication Day. We believe that PITA and Paltel can be the best parties sharing the celebration. We are eager to have your ideas and vision taking into consideration that the time available for celebration is short. Please find attached concerning that day" msg from Amjad Malki. If we get involved we need ideas on our involvement, as I can gather 3 of our ISP members are supportive to the idea, Palnet, P-OL and P-I-S I think all your time will be consumed by today's meeting. If any of you need clarifications or has objection please raise your voice! Otherwise I will move on all those by the end of the day or tomorrow morning.
