of all, we are delighted for the honest, open and personal discussion we
had last week in Gaza, I truly think that the Internet market in
Palestine will only flourish through the mutual cooperation between
Paltel and the ISPs, and I am happy that we shared the same vision. As
per your request to submit a formal written document that specifically
states what ISPs want, please find attached this document. This document
was submitted several times to Paltel I hope this time will be the last
time. PITA drafted this document since it is the sole representative of
the IT sector in Palestine which of course includes ISPs. I am awaiting
