1- Mashhour's suggestion of sending these email's to "info" instead 
of just "safa" sounds good, its a reduncancy to have more than one 
person receive these, so we can reply to them promptly.. however 
one person should be named responsible to make sure they are 
handled.

2- I disagree of closing the posting to these lists, especially 
board@pita ... members are used to send messages to board... 
how else can they do it??

I see our Arab mentality kicking in... keep it open guys... and don't 
worry about viruses..this is just a minor source of viruses, and in 
any case whoever uses the net and does not have anti virus its his 
problem... Alla La Yrudo.
