Hi Ahmed,

I see some confusion regarding Pita's email.  Could you please
explain the current setup.

my 2cents:

- Board: is the 7 board members.
It is like this now. Also Hesham is out and Khalid is in ( I have control
over this)

- info: just safa & mashhour (we dicussed this in the last meeting).
I hope Ahmad has done so

- members: all PAID (I stress PAID) members...maintained by Safa.
This maintained by PITA staff. ( I have control over this)

- allow any attachements, once this is abused, we'll start limiting
it..however I would put a size limit on messages.. the standard
5meg should do.
I must stress that only members can post to members@pita-palestine.org
Please Ahmed confirm that you done so


some questions:
- who gets webmaster@pita??
It should be Info@ pita (please Ahmed confirm)

- who gets postmaster@pita??

how about other standard emails "abuse, root, admin..." that we
should have ??

I sent a test email to some junk address @pita... did not get an
error back !!!
I have already talked to Ahmed about this and He will sort this out soon


when our MX was at palnet, I had it configured to simply forward all
"undefined" emails (other than board, members...) to
totah@bisan.com ...so I can handle such errors ... I suggest to do
the same but use Safa's email to recieve these mails.
No Marwan all should go to info@pita and if we have problems we can always
call for help.
