Subject: April 2001 Salary

Mashhour;
In reference to my email of 3 April 2001, the following are still needed
from your end, although I have approved the April 2001 Salary.

* PITA policy with regards to workdays and official holidays approved by
the board (to cover the days off for Eid AlAdha & other holidays)
My contract with PITA includes all this; my appointment is following the
procedure manual strictly. I guess you have a copy of my contract.

* Full Recruitment Policy approved by the Board. (Which I personally have
worked on extensively)
As far as I am concerned this has been done and de-facto acceptance of BoD.
The accountant recruitment is following this procedure!
This msg is cced to BoD

Please note that these are also needed for the accountant you're planning
to hire and also for May 2001 salary.
Already done!
As far as I am concerned all what we are doing is following a certain
procedure, for example appointing the arbitrations committee, we looked to
the draft manual, adjust it approve it them follow it the section deals with
the formation of the committee. We can now say that we have procedure to
form committees of this kind. Also we have a procedure to recruit and
appoint new staff, also we have procedure to arrange exhibitions and
payments of travel allowances. We cannot make sure that we are doing the
right thing unless we actually do it. I wish you asked me what procedure you
are following when you are doing whatever.

With Best Regards
