Attacking the so-called Ely Sinai settlement with mortars, grenades and machineguns

“Assault them at the (proper) Gate: when once ye are in, victory will be yours;”

Our Palestinian people, our Arab and Islamic Nation:

With the grace of Allah the Qassam Brigades declare responsibility for storming the so-called Ely Sinai settlement that was established on our Palestinian lands to the north of Gaza Strip on Tuesday night 15^th Rajab 1422H, 2/10/2001.

Our operation tonight affirms the following:

1-Blood of our Palestinian people is not cheap and whoever sheds our blood we will shed his blood at the opportune time and place.

2-Zionist security is fragile and we are capable of reaching the Zionist terrorists even if they hid in the clouds as we have pledged in the previous communiqué.

3-Jihad and resistance will continue until ejection of occupation.

Our Palestinian people:

This is our second gift to our people in the second year of the holy Aqsa intifada. We promise you to avenge your blood regardless of the Zionist terrorists’ ceasefire lie that attempt to deceive the entire world into believing it despite the fact that 20 of your sons were killed (during the alleged ceasefire).

We ask you to unite regardless of the different trends and currents in face of the Zionist offensive and we vow to launch other reprisals to Zionist crimes.

We will declare names and photos of the martyrs later Insha’allah.

And it is a Jihad until either victory or martyrdom
