In the name of Allah the most Gracious the most Merciful

Qassam Brigades Obituary

Mujahid hero / Abdul Rahman Hammad

May Allah have mercy on his soul

“Among the Believers are men who have been true to their Covenant with Allah: of them some have completed their vow (to the extreme), and some (still) wait: but they have never changed (their determination) in the least.”

The Qassam Brigades bid farewell to its martyr, the martyr of the land of Isra’ Mujahid Abdul Rahman Mohammed Saeed Hammad, 32, with pride. He was assassinated in Qalqilya by Zionist criminals this morning Sunday 14/10/2001 after long years of struggle for the freedom of his people and Nation. He suffered a lot as a result including deportation, arrest and persecution by the enemy forces and their agents but without giving up his determination until he won martyrdom and Allah’s satisfaction.

This new crime affirms that the enemy was continuing its policy of assassination and murder of our people despite the ceasefire declarations. It also proves that Jihad, resistance and revenge only will deter the enemy. We, in the Qassam Brigades, affirm that our people have the right to defend themselves and confirm our Brigades’ right to retaliate painfully. The enemy will pay the price for his crimes against our Mujahideen and people. The Qassam Heroes will avenge for the Qalqilya martyr and Assaira Shamaliya martyr Mujahid Hani Rawajbe and all martyrs of our people who shed their blood in defense of Al-Quds and Palestine.

We vow to our martyr and all martyrs of our people to continue along the road of Jihad and resistance in self-defense and in defense of the people, lands and holy shrines until liberation and ejection of the usurping occupiers from our lands.

“And Allah hath full power and control over His affairs; but most among mankind know it not.”

And it is a Jihad until either victory or martyrdom
