E-mail Only Accounts

E-mail Only Accounts are available for individuals and small businesses at an extremely low cost. With Palestine Online there are no volume charges for e-mail sent or received. E-mail forwarding is also available to all accounts.

Full Internet

Full Internet gives our users access to the World Wide Web, ftp, telnet, usenet news, International Relay Chat (Freetel), and archie. World Wide Web is probably the best known feature of the Internet. The Internet is accessible through Dial-in Access.

Dial-in Access

All Point to Point Protocol Accounts offer fast, unrestricted, and full Internet access features including; e-mail, shell, usenet conference groups, world wide web, archie, ftp, telnet, International relay chat, wais and wois. This service provides access to the internet via modems, with local phone calls within the (02) Jerusalem and (06) Jenin phone calling areas. Internet access software, both shareware (Palestine Online Suite) and commercial (Netscape Personal Edition), are provided.

All modems used on our incoming telephone lines are 33,600 USRobotics V34 everything. Our modem-to-user ratio is within the international average range (1:10). To maintain this ratio and to keep optimum service; we contiuously improve and upgrade our lines and hardware. Our network is protected from power failure, power spikes, and blackouts by using UPS and electricity generators.
