In order to fulfill the ultimate target of the Third Commandment featured in the list of the 10 Commandments which were announced at the Bazl congress in 1897, and embodied in the establishment to the national homeland for the Jewish people in Palestine, it was properly necessary to implement a Third Commandment stressing the need to gain a definitive international patronage to this project and to the mentioned homeland which should be brought to life under the international auspices.

We have already seen how Theodor Herzl managed to alter the Jewish deep concerns into a vivid political issue, and later succeeded in converting this political issue into an international cause for the sale of the Jewish people; the Zionist movement was the bridge on which this unique shifting effort had been made, and successfully achieved thanks to the pure character of Herzl himself, but also to the typical nature of his own drawing and implementing style, formulated by means of conspiracy methods in which he proved to be a great master. The man was in fact a malicious and vicious plotter, knowing how to achieve his ultimate target in the most suitable and appropriate circumstances, in order to gain the best results by means of cheapest costs.

Anyone looking at Herzl as a man of decent principles, an adept of theories, a social reformer and a political thinker, is completely and outrageously wrong; despite the fact that this figure had acquired some genuine properties of a fine thinker and scholar, but he was mainly a political subtle character, a spiteful person who wait and count long before attacking his targeted victim, just when the winning chances considerably overwhelm the losses prospects.

After failing in his attempt to convince the Ottoman sultan to adhere to the authentic liability of his project in Palestine, Herzl altered his option to gain the desired assistance of the world’s super powers who were competing to claim the heritage of the vanishing Ottoman empire, each of them at the expense of the other challengers; hence, the political activities of Herzl during the late years of the last century and the early years of the current one, were deeply highlighted by the continuous contacts undergone by himself with most of the European super powers of that era, and precisely the British,
French, Italian, Austrian, German and Russian reigning powers.

Accordingly, Herzl tried very hard to promote his ‘Goods’ before all the capitals of European leading nations, selling them to the side who is ready to pay the highest price; these same commodities were nothing than the true fulfillment of the Jewish ultimate dream in establishing the national homeland, or a country, for all Jewish people, precisely in Palestine, in exchange of providing compliance to the potential committed capital to his project, through offering a unique and prestigious center and platform to this capital, in total opposition to all the other super powers.

The mentioned ‘Commodities’ which were displayed for export were manifested in a single object, the firm loyalty, but the buyer wasn’t just one side, as Herzl was convinced that each super power is able to present itself as a potential buyer of his commodities; thus, he sought to contact all the capitals of the world, one after one, secretly and privately, through the frequent visits he made, as well as the initiation of regular correspondences, promises and meetings throughout a long spell of time; probably, it was these extensive activities, lasting for nearly 8 years, which proved to be the definitive reason behind his ultimate victory over his opponents and challengers he was opposed to, during the Bazl congress, but also against the opposition elements within the ‘World Zionist Organization’. But his convincing win wasn’t an individual one, it was rather the result of a designated and identified political line that reigned for a complete 100 years of our modern time, as it highlighted the essence of the Third Commandment related to the Zionist pure legacy and heritage.

The successive Zionist leaderships reacted favorably with this commandment in a complete fashion, but only temporarily; It was also the initial phase of Herzl’s reign, during which he initiated many contacts with the European political leaders in order to accomplish his contract with any of them. Herzl called the foreign endorsement of the project he eagerly wanted to achieve, the ‘license’; hence, his writings and memoirs were repeated through this nomination, which he meant in it a clear secret or announcement, from an unidentified country addressed to the ‘World Zionist Council’ in which it insisted on the firm assistance from its part to create a Jewish entity in Palestine, by all means of the word ‘Support’: Politically, financially and military. Prior to his death, Herzl was extremely convinced that Britain emerged to be the most suitable and appropriate nation able to release that desired ‘license’ out of all that era’s world super powers, and definitely intended to pursuit his contract, for many clear traditional imperial reasons we can’t afford to discus in this study.

As Haim Weisman, the chemistry professor, was appointed as head of the Zionist organization’s leadership, he also inherited this same conviction from Theodor Herzl, and admittedly worked in the light of this so-called ‘Inspiration’; however, his efforts claimed an unprecedented result after 10 years of extensive activity, after the release of the dubbed ‘Balfour promise’ on the 2nd of November, 1917.

The mentioned Balfour promise stipulated, clearly, the commitment of the British government toward the Zionist organization to work forward and strive to establish a national homeland for the Jewish people in Palestine, as the British government ‘Looks in deep sympathy to establish a Jewish national homeland for the Jewish people in Palestine, and will exert all its efforts in order to facilitate the accomplishment of this goal’, despite the fact that Britain didn’t have the right, at that time to dictate the fate of a country it doesn’t even occupy it, this country being under the reign of another existing empire before its final collapse, and despite the fact that the number of Jews in Palestine never exceeded the 7 % rate of the global number of the country’s citizenship; we should also stress that Britain was officially committed to announce Palestine as part of the forthcoming Eastern Arab country, due to be established by Britain itself at the end of World War 1, if the Arab people stood by its side against both Germany and Turkey.

In order to enhance the legitimate status and the international dimension of the Balfour promise, it was directly included as a main provision within the British mandate act over Palestine given by the ‘League of Nations’ ; hence, the Zionists provided the ‘License’ acquired from the British government with an international ceiling in less than 5 years from obtaining it from the British foreign secretary; as previously predicted by Herzl himself, Weisman managed to increase the shape of his status within the body of the Zionist movement and among the world Jewry as a result of his achievement in acquiring these international gains. The Balfour promise revealed itself as a fine service handed over to the Zionist movement against the majority of the Jews, and not only at the expense of the Arab people.

The British mandate was faithful to the commitment previously made for the Zionist movement in all fields, and throughout its reign which lasted for nearly a quarter of a century, allowing the Zionists to easily pave the way for their project in Palestine and its people, even blessing their march forward, and guaranteeing it all the needed assistance, clearing away all the local and international hurdles met during their forceful activities to establish their national homeland.

To sum up the global situation at the highest levels, the Zionists wouldn’t been able to achieve the 10 Commandments they adhered to and made out of it the working principles on which they based their movement and final targets; thus, they flooded Palestine with hundreds of thousands of Jewish emigrants, founded the Jewish settlements and neighborhoods, controlled wide regions of territories which spread 5 times larger than their former status during the Ottoman reign, created the institutions, foundations and administrations to eventually establish the Jewish society and serve its members as the nucleus of the newly-desired country, and finally consolidated their movement and positions through a terrorist military force which played-and still playing- the main role of maintaining the survival of Israel and providing the security for it.

The Zionist-international colonialism connection shifted from a phase to another one, following the eruption of World War 2, and as a pure reaction to the facts revealed at the end of this war, whose consequences were later confirmed during the post war era, precisely at the international level, with the indication of the shrinking of Europe’s traditional empires after more than 500 years of overwhelming reign over the international ties and relationships, a fact forcing the decrease of the widespread existence of the British empire, directly expressed in the refrainment of playing of playing the primary role in the definition of the world’s post war signposts. Accordingly, the Zionists found no more reasonable gain to remain faithful to the will of the British collapsing empire.

Analogous to this situation, there was the United Stated who participated in the World War 1 action, and in he aftermath’s world in general, as well as in all the events relevant to the Balfour promise and the mandate act in a lot of hesitation and objection, but later shifted from that path to get deeply involved in World War 2 and its aftermath, revealing all its power and desire, to ultimately force itself as the sole guardian of a very large portion of the globe in the post war era, directly opposed to the Soviet block, as well as the neutral and nonaligned nations of the Third World.

It was thanks to them and to the official and popular American reaction to these activities and pressure that the Zionists found in the Americans a new sincere ally and a strong supporter for them, for the first time since the 40’s, even much better than their previous British allies during the previous 4 decades.

If the Balfour promise of November 1917 was the true symbol of the satanic alliance between Zionism and the British colonialism, the announcements of Baltimore in May 1942 (that’s after exactly 25 years) forged a new path for yet another satanic alliance, in the shape of a Zionist-American-Imperialist one.

As for Baltimore itself, it was an immense hotel located in New York city, where the Zionist movement leaders (including the creme of American Jewish prominent leaders) held an extraordinary meeting where they announced that their Zionist claim is strictly portrayed in the establishment of a
Jewish country in Palestine, a completely sovereign one.

Needless to say that these Jewish prominent figures wouldn’t be able to dare and announce their project without getting the green line from the official and political American authorities; moreover, the reader must pay attention to the term mentioned in the announcement made by the Zionist meeting: A Jewish country. This is because the Zionists who initially started to claim a desired refuge or entity for the Jews in creation of a sovereign state, that is a Jewish-labeled characteristic over this country’s people, system and nature, not just a mere country where the Jewish people live alongside another different and strange one.

And now, after 55 years of organizing the Baltimore meeting, the American ‘License’ remains the most powerful and prime element in providing the support and defense for the Zionist entity.

Accordingly, there are many expressions related to this hellish connection: from one side, we can easily note that the American government hastened its steps to recognize ‘Israel’ after only minutes of its birth by means a pure violation, according to this newly formed entity huge amounts of money as if ‘Israel’ is a minor which should live under the American own alimony, either through grants, credits of donations, at both official and popular levels, Jewish and Christian alike.

‘Israel’ also benefits from the advanced and sophisticated weaponry systems directly from the United States, which enable the Zionist entity to maintain its military upper hand over the Arab world’s global armies, not to mention the deep political support, as the consecutive American governments rushed themselves to defend ‘Israel’ in the international forums and in the political and legal fields, grating it also its own justification of the blunders and aggressions committed regularly by the Jewish entity, as well as backing it from the media point of view, allowing the Zionist claims to reach the world opinion, winning its mind and conscience; in one word, the United States is exactly the Mother and Father of Israel’s all queries, treating it as its own son.

On the other side, ‘Israel’ was extremely transformed into an advanced military and political base for the American strategy, its own people resembling very much to its American counterpart by means of discipline and conduct, as the overall Israeli presence was converted to a mere tool enabling the Americans to force their control over wide parts of the Arab and Third worlds.

Anyone imagining ‘Israel’, or depicting it as a state within the US, for causes related to the deep connection between the Center and the Branch, is surely wrong; ‘Israel’ is more than just a ‘State’, either in its acquisition of support and backing or in providing the services and compliance; in fact, there is between both ‘countries’ a phenomenal dynamism of ties and relations never witnessed between any state and the center of the US itself.

It would be enough to conclude this topic in saying that ‘Israel’ won’t be, and won’t remain as it used to be, without the firm backing provided by the United States, and at least won’t be able to maintain its present status, by means of military force, nor by aggression and terror; however, the Fathers of the Zionist movement were considerably wise when linking their will to achieve their ultimate targets to the organic connection of a protective super power, and this was a highly referred commandment at the center of the 10 Commandments’ list. In the light of this very commandment, the Zionists made sure during a whole century of our modern time to never step one inch forward without the presence of that backing side, and to the peace-of-mind assurance to its reliability; it is also in the light of this protection that the Zionists will act in their attempts to implement the Fourth Commandment: the Expansion.
