Editor-In-Chief Welcome To Satmar |
An emotional re-union between a California woman and her elderly Yemenite Mother in "Israel", and the broad attention brought to that historic mysterious matter by Rabbi Uzi Meshulam, grabbed the worlds interests into the 50 year old scandal.
Shortly after the Zionist "Israel" was established, the Ben-Guryon government put in efforts to assemble all the Jewish people to "Israel". Nearly all Yemen Jews were bragged to the newly proclaimed State of "Israel".
Besides the primary desire of the Zionist officials to melt the new immigrants into the "Israeli" mainstream, meaning, encourage them to betray their Creator, Torah, Faith, and Nation. A very harsh idea was to depart these innocent community from their children.
A short while after putting a step unto "Israeli" soil, the Yemenite families were stolen of their antiques goodies and their precious children. As they were immediately being sheltered into the most rare regions and put into isolated kibbutzim - helped by their naive and shy nature, their mouths were shut and their pleas were to no avail.
Coupled onto that, was the barbaric procedure adopted by most medical centers at the time. On the next morning of a birth to a new Jewish life by a Yemenite mother, she was falsely informed that the newborn has developed serious complications. Several days would go by, and the Mother would be told that the infant child failed and passed away.
While those innocent mothers cried to heavens, and their cheeks kept being thoroughly washed by rivers of tears, there was sarcastic satisfaction - somewhere around.
From the parking lot, an up-scale automobile just drove away. Inside were seating a well to do American couple looking with love and pride towards their new adopted beautiful Jewish baby, delivered to them rather unnaturally, by large sums of bribe and "donations" to the appropriate causes. Meanwhile, a mother was robbed from her newborn sweety, a mere few hours after seeing it once for good.
Not having the privilege to comfort in their mothers lap and smiling, these babies were robbed - too - from acknowledging his real parents who brang him into this world. Forever, he wont posses the most valuable a human being could ever have, a Totty, and a Mummy.
How better an example could one found to illustrate the real intentions of the Zionist movement, and later, the Zionist State of "Israel". The barbarism of the Zionist officials towards the Jewish people is beyond ones imagination.
While they proclaim as being concerned for the welfare of Jews, the establishment of the Jewish State was the most harmful mishap that ever happened to Us ever since. (see The F.A.Q. Section, Archived Article).
The Jewish community of Yemen was established after the destruction
of the first Holy Temple, when the Jews were sent into exile by the Almighty,
and traveled around the nations of the world to seek a safe haven. This
exile (of the four exiles - of which we currently are a midst the last,
longest, and most painful ) was called Exile of Babylon and lasted 70
years, after which nearly all Jews were assembled by the Prophets Ezra
and Nechamye, and the second Holy Temple was build. However, several communities
which were already established did not obey and remained in exile.
The Yemen communities is one of those, and remained as such until this
day. They were world famous for their strict observance of the Torah. In
the nearly 3 millenniums of their existence they survived every challenge
- material or spiritual - without a shadow of changes in their Faith and
tradition, nor was ever found any sort of assimilation amongst them.
Then it came.
With the establishment of "Israel", dark clouds hung around the sky above the Yemen Jewry. Decorating the El-Al airliners with the slogan "And I Will Take You On The Wings Of An Eagle (Names ??:??)" the naive Yemenite Jews, unfortunately, fell into the trap and went to "Israel" with the assumption that they are en route to the promised land.
Rabbi Joel Teitelbaum, the late Grand Rabbi of Satmar, always considered his coming into this world for the sole reason of leading the Jewish people in the proper course, and primarily persuading the world to watch out of the danger of Zionist "Israel", and to despise them for their provocative activities.
The scandal of the Yemenite children was steadily in his mind, as evidenced by the often mentioning of the affair, as well as several chapters in his monumental book Veyoel Moshe, devoted in particular to that subject.
However, in the Jewish world - besides the Satmar Chasidim, of course - the story was unknown. It was never published in a public manner, and the "Israeli" government kept it well secretarial and strictly confidential. With the time being, the whole thing was totally forgotten.
From the woods suddenly came around a Rabbi, one who is from Yemenite descend. He strongly felt the time is overdue for the truth of the atrocities to be uncovered. With a total devotion and fierce ambition, started to draw attention to the barbaric kidnapping that the government committed against his natives.
Rabbi Uzi Meshulem with the help growing followship, slowly but steady, succeeded to bring that subject unto the headlines and front pages of the largest Newspapers in the State. And, in the last couple o years the story was at the very fore front of the press and media, mostly in "Israel" but occasionally, in other countries.
Obviously, the Zionist government felt rather uncomfortable with this latest developed, and started a smir campaign and criminal scrutiny against him. Police also called on government officials to classify the group as an "enemy agent" and permit preventive administrative arrests of the persons who police feel threaten public safety.
The growing interest in this affair, ultimately pressured the government hard enough to call for a commission to investigate the whole story, and issue a final report. But, not even needed to say, it was well in favor of the government. After a few weeks, when the urge of the Yemen community was felt heavy, and proper action was a must, an order was issued to uncover the graves of the Yemen infants who supposedly died of severe illnesses.
The truth came burst open.
The graves were empty!
As the story became evidently a storm that captured the attention of worldwide press, mysteries were unfold in dramatic fashion. The first was about a Mrs. Tzila Levine, a Californian woman who came forward, claiming she was one of the Yemenite infants that was taken and sold for adoption. She was working effortlessly to find her biological parents.
Tzila, who was raised in Kibbutz Hanifratz, later lived in the United States. She stated she was one of thousands of Yemenite infants taken and sold in the 1950s.
The complicated story brought Tzila to the law office of attorney Rami Tzubari who has worked for the last three years interviewing over 50 couples and checking records dating back close to a half a decade.
At last, results from the Department of Genetics of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem indicate that Tzila is the natural daughter of the Umassi family and she was united with her biological parents after 49 years. According to Dr. Hassan Hatib of the university, the results of the DNA tests showed a 99.99% probability that she is a natural daughter of the Umassi family.
Tzila was officially listed by "Israeli" government officials as "missing" for the 49 years and she becomes one of the lucky few who has found her real parents.
As an aftermath to the well publicized reunion of Mrs. Levine with her family, several others have gone public with their personal experience. Dr Shimshon Raab, a surgeon of Iraqi decent, stated on an "Israeli" TV program that his sister was kidnapped in the 1950s.
The doctor stated the recent headlines pertaining to kidnapped children of Yemenite decent also applies to new immigrants to "Israel" from Iraq, Egypt and other countries of origin as well. He called upon officials to begin to uncover the atrocities that took place in "Israel" during the 1950s, they had an affect on many children, not only those of Yemenite descent.
Dr. Raab stated his mother gave birth to twin girls in the 1950s, in a Jaffa hospital. She originally nursed both but when discharged, she was given one girl. She was told the second was ill and would be sent home shortly.
Two months later, the family was told the young girl had died and was buried.
Dr. Raab stated he has been searching for his lost sister for 47 years. He added that to this day, his family has never received a certificate of death for his sister or a location of her grave from government officials According to Mr. Moshe Nachum, President of the World Federation of Yemenite Jews, in addition to kidnapping the children of new immigrants in "Israel", Jewish Agency officials stole gold, silver and other items of value from the naive families.
Mr. Nachum stated the sum of the stolen properties may have reached
NIS hundreds of millions.
Mr. Yehuda Dominitz, formerly in charge of new immigrants for the Jewish
Agency at the time stated to the best of his recall, much of the property
belonging to the new immigrants was destroyed in a fire in a Jewish Agency
warehouse...
And more shocking stories emerged.
A Tel-Aviv resident, Mrs. Teimania Habani, told the Makor Rishon newspaper in an exclusive interview that about 40 children were taken from the Atlit Refugee Camp to Jerusalem. They were to receive vaccination shots. The children were to return the following day after receiving medical treatment. They were never seen again.
A short time later the families were given homes throughout "Israel", leaving Atlit. They were subsequently notified by government agencies that their babies had died.
According to Habani, all of the parents of the 40 children received
the same notice.
Well, now that this scandal ultimately came out so strong, perhaps
one with good vision and objective view can apprehend the powerful opposition
to the creation and existence of the Zionist State of "Israel". Perhaps,
we now can justify the rage and anger that embraced the real Chasidic Rabbis
and Jewish Leaders after learning of the unfortunate success by the communist
Zionist movement to be granted a State, supposedly to rescue the Jewish
people.
This is but one more example of the true colors of Zionism.
As we stand currently in the Days of Mercy and Repentance, may the entire House of "Israel" be blessed with a happy, healthy, and prosperous New Year. And, the yearning for our final redemption may be fulfilled in our days, soon.
