Trials of collaborators continue
A military court in Beirut proceeded with the trials of the 19th batch of the Lebanese who had collaborated with the Israeli occupation forces.
Elsewhere, a spokesman for the German government affirmed that four hundred Lahdi officers and militiamen arrived in Germany following an earlier agreement in this regard between German Foreign Minister Joshca Fischer and the enemy's prime minister Ehud Barak that was reached during Fischer's visit to the occupied territories last June.
The spokesman said his government will take the necessary security measures to protect the collaborators whose arrival schedule, movements and residences will be shrouded with strict secrecy.
The agents are expected to be distributed to various German provinces in Rhine, Bavaria, Berlin and Baden.
