Australia
to Host Lebanese Collaborators with Israel
The
Israeli daily Haaretz said 200 Lebanese members of the former Lahdi
militia, which collaborated with the Israeli occupation army in
south Lebanon, were given the permission by the Israeli
authorities to emigrate to Australia in a month time.
The newspaper clarified that the emigration of the collaborators is part of an agreement between Canberra and the Israeli foreign ministry, which allows those having relatives in Australia to seek asylum.
Australia is the second country after Germany to have received Lahdi collaborators and their families.
There are still about 3000 collaborators living in the Zionist Entity.
