Military Operations … (1)
The Islamic Resistance (IR) unit of martyrs Hussein Mahmoud Karout and Rida Hareri attacked, at 10:50 , Sojod outpost with the machine guns, and rocket-propelled grenades . Direct and definite hits were chalked up.

At the same time, the IR team of martyrs Adham Mohammad Hassan and Hussein Ali Nasser bombarded the obovementioned outpost with the rocket-propelled grenades destroying its northern fortification.

The IR announced proudly the martyrdom of the militant Ashraf Habib Kheireddine , born at Koweikh - Hermel  District in 1972, married, joined the IR ranks in 1991, subjected to several military and cultural courses,   participated in a number of military operations and holding a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration – Lebanese University . He was martyred on 10-9-1999 in the course of performing his sacred Islamic duty.

Kfar Hamam under "Israeli" siege … (3)
Civilians arriving from the occupied territory reported that the Lahd militia put the town of Kfar Hamam under siege for refusing to take part in the burial ceremony of one of its traitors (Wissam Taha).

The detained Lebanese journalist Kozet Ibrahim to be freed soon … (4)
The president of the writers union Mr. Karam Karam today yesterday confirmed that the detained journalist Cosette Ibrahim would be freed within hours. Mr. Karam explained that he received phone calls from International organizations that confirmed the matter to him.

Cosette was detained for her writings that incited her fellow citizens against the “Israelis”.
