Qassem: Resistance aborted Israeli June aggression (1)
Hizbullahs Deputy Secretary General H.E. Sheikh Nehim Qassem asserted
that the Islamic Resistance (IR) September retaliation for the Israeli
June aggression and the massacre against Libbaya village had corrected,
once again, the compass direction towards the April Understanding which
protects the civilians.
The IR escorted, yesterday, the martyr Hassan Qassem Aqil to his final resting place where he was buried at Rawdat Shahidain cemetery.
Our people and nation as will as the whole world had felt, during the last two days, that the mujahedeen had achieved a victory when the IR responded to the last Israeli aggression against Libbaya population, Qassem told.
He added that the IR engaged itself in protecting the civilians whatever the sacrifices and difficulties were. We call on our people not to be deceived that the enemy needs a pretext to launch aggression reminding that the pretenses of the Israeli July 1993 and April 1996 were weak and baseless.
Qassem concluded that the IR will proceed with its track until an unconditional liberation is achieved engage itself in protecting the civilians and infrastructure facilities and that the resistance activities are not subjected to the alleged negotiations and political considerations.
Reports : New retreat following Zimraya crossing operation (2)
Following the IR attack against Zimraya crossing, in which three Israeli
allied militiamen were killed and two others wounded, the Israeli occupying
troops closed the crossing. This step may continue until the next Monday.
The news reported that the occupation command in Eastern Sector is considering the possibility of taking new military measures to protect the crossing and its members.
Also, it was reported that the Israeli enemy may retreat to Hasbani sector i.e. two kilometers, backward in a case similar to Kfar Houna crossing, where the Israeli proxy militia, withdrew to Rihan area in the wake of killing one militiaman in an explosive device planted by the IR two months ago.
Military operation
The IR team of martyrs Youssef Rihan and Hussein Qassem Aqil attacked,
at 12:15, enemy movements near Soweida outpost with the adequate arms.
Direct hits were chalked up, the militants reported.
A YMCA delegation meets with Hezbollah
The Arab-Zionist struggle and the peace process were the subject of
the meeting between a YMCA delegation and the Hezbollah MP Dr. Hussien
Al-Haj Hassan at the Imam Khomeini Cultural Center in the city of Baalbek.
The delegation, which included students of various nationalities, concentrated their questions on the resistance in southern Lebanon? peace with the Zionist entity and the American position to the events in the region.
Dr. Haj Hassan stressed that Hezbollah will continue resisting the Zionist occupation that commits massacres against innocent civilians. The MP also emphasized that peace with the Zionist enemy is impossible so long as it occupies the land of Palestine and continues to displace over four million people. He also added that Israel does not respect any agreement it signs, and that it does not want peace as a result of its arms race, saying that if does want peace then why buy all these weapons.
