TWO LEBANESE CIVILIANS WOUNDED IN "ISRAELI" SHELLING…(1)
" Two Lebanese civilians were wounded by "Israeli" shelling in southern Lebanon. 22 year old Ahmed Aqla and 28 year old Ibrahim Salman were hospitalized with shrapnel wounds after shells slammed into a construction site in the southern village of Mansouri. The April cease-fire understanding prohibits harming civilians or using civilian areas as staging grounds for military operations. But the understanding permits resistance operations against "Israeli" occupation troops and their local allies in south Lebanon".

"Israeli" Aggressions…(2)
In its statement, the IR mentioned the following aggressions which staged by the "Israeli" occupation troops on the Lebanese liberated areas:

1:20, four 155mm missiles struck the outskirts of Maifadoun near the orphanage building.
7:40, Qaissieh Valley was shelled by five 155mm missiles.
8:35, four 120mm shells were fired at Mansouri village wounding the civilians Ibrahim Salman and Ahmad El-Akli who were moved to a hospital for treatment.
Between 8:50 and 9:35, the outskirts of Majdal Zoun village came under eleven 155mm missiles causing damage to the house of Rida Ali Fayad.
13:45, two 60mm rounds landed about 400 meters away from the Unifil position at Qantara village.
23:25, Mazraat Hamra was targeted by three 155mm missiles.

Military Operations…(3)
The IR group of martyr Imad Hussein Haidar Ahmad attacked, at 8:30, enemy movements inside Blat post with the machine guns and rocket-propelled grenades chalking up direct and certain goals.

At the same time, the IR squad of martyrs Rodwan Sami Rashid and Ali Hussein El-Assaad targeted, violently and intensely, Radar position striking its western fortification.

In the meantime, the IR team of martyrs Ahmad Ali Rida and Khalil Ibrahim Said attacked Tair Harfa position with the machine guns and rocket-propelled grenades. Direct hits were scored, the mujahedeen reported.

Justice panel mulls "Israel's" militia amnesty draft…(4)
"Parliament’s Committee for Administration and Justice on Tuesday discussed a draft law proposed by Hizbullah which would pardon pro-"Israeli" militiamen who desert their group and surrender to the authorities within three months of the law’s publication".

"But the committee, which met under its chairman, Metn MP Shaker Abu Suleiman, postponed a decision on the bill, which needs major changes to cover some 203 members of the "Israel's" militia who have already deserted the group after it pulled out from Jezzine earlier this month.

Abu Suleiman said the committee would discuss the bill, put forward early last year, again after two weeks “to give the government time to respond to separate legal proposals, on this highly political matter, that have been prepared by myself and by Batroun MP Butros Harb.”
