Lahdi collaborators' clashes in occupied zone…(1)
"Witnesses coming from the occupied zone in south Lebanon said Lahdi collaborators clashed among themselves near Khiam".

"The collaborators used light and medium arms in the clash that resulted in one death and several injuries in the collaborators' ranks".

"Witnesses added that the feuding militiamen were among the ones who withdrew from Jezzine, stating that the fight broke up over confiscating houses for the retreating collaborators.

"In the meantime, conflicts surfaced in the ranks of the collaborators who support the militias' top officer agent Antoine Lahd on the one hand and those who support the commander of the so-called western regiment agent Aqel Hashem, who is a likely candidate to replace Lahd.

"Reports said collaborators who support agent Hashem are storming houses in several villages in the Marjeyoun district and forcing the residents to sign a petition demanding that Hashem replace Lahd.

"Moreover, reports from the occupied zone stated that a fight in the town of Ain Qinya (Hasbaya district) between some residents and collaborators developed into fire exchange.

"On the other hand, the "Israeli" occupation forces prevented ten collaborating officers from fleeing the occupied zone via Naqoura port and returned them to the towns of Qliaa and Marjeyoun.

"Elsewhere, Father Boulos Khawand, the Head of the Mashmoushe Notre-Dame Monastery, said, so far, more than a hundred Lahdi militiamen have turned themselves in to the Lebanese army's checkpoints in Bisri, Jezzine and Kfar Falous".

"Father Khawand added that the collaborators' surrender process will be over by Tuesday".

Four Mothers demands a unilateral withdrawal from South Lebanon…(2)
"On the 17th anniversary of "Israel's" invasion of Lebanon. "Four Mothers,'' a group that demands a unilateral withdrawal from southern Lebanon, marked the day by retracing the invasion route taken by the "Israeli" army in 1982".

"We want to remind people how long this war has gone on,'' rally organizer,'' Linda Ben-Zvi told Reuters.

"About 500 "Israelis", including parents of occupation soldiers killed by Resistance men in south Lebanon, joined a motorcade of buses and cars that drove from occupied Palestine's northern border to Tel Aviv to protest the continued "Israeli" occupation in the area".

"Ben-Zvi said "Four Mothers'' was in favor of a speedy withdrawal from Lebanon, with or without Syrian involvement".
