Nasrallah: "Israeli" will leave our land humiliated…(1)
Hizbullah named the martyr as Ammar Hussein Hammoud, 20, from Debbine in the occupation zone.
In a speech to mark Jerusalem Day, Hizbullah Secretary-General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah vowed that the "Israelis" would have a bloody retreat from the south, with more martyrdom attacks planned.

Jerusalem Day, which was initiated by the late Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini, was held on Hadi Nasrallah Avenue in Beirut’s southern suburbs.

The avenue was named after the Hizbullah chief’s eldest son, who was killed in a resistance attack in September 1997.

Addressing thousands of supporters, Nasrallah advised the faithful to: “be patient.”

“Resist,” he said. “You will see that the destiny of the "Israelis" in Lebanon is to leave our land humiliated, in a rout, under fire, covered with bits of flesh from our martyrs like Ammar and his brothers who will, God willing, follow him.”

He said that Hammoud was avenging the killing of one of his five brothers a year ago in a clash with "Israeli" troops.

Hizbullah claimed that seven "Israeli" soldiers were killed when Hammoud’s car exploded on the edge of Qlayaa and denied that Lebanese civilians had been wounded.

Regarding the Middle East peace talks, which will be resumed Monday on the Syrian track, Nasrallah said that "Israel" would always be the enemy, even if it makes peace with Syria and Lebanon.

“We’re saying it loudly: we will never recognize the existence of a state, a village or a hamlet calling itself "Israel" even if all the Arabs recognize it,” Nasrallah stressed ahead of "Israeli"-Syrian talks on Monday.

“Concerning the peace process in general and whatever its results, we believe that a just peace cannot be reached in the region because from the first, the basis of it has been unjust, since it gives part of Palestine to the Jewish usurpers,” he said.

“If Lebanon and Syria recover their land one day, it will be thanks to their political resistance. But no compromise can be just that gives the land of Palestine to the Zionists, loses Jerusalem and disperses the Palestinian people,” he added.

“The Egyptian and Jordanian people still consider "Israel" an enemy in spite of their peace accords,” he said. “The circumstances that imposed the peace process are not eternal and sooner or later these circumstances will change.”

Referring to an "Israeli" gesture last week in freeing five jailed Hizbullah fighters and allowing the group to recover the bodies of seven more from southern Lebanon, Nasrallah said that “political and humanitarian affairs must not be confused.”
