An hostage killed by “Israeli” torture (3)
The liberated hostage Rida Youssef Mustafa (Abou Faraj), 57, had died after two years of treatment in different hospitals of Beirut. Mustafa had been detained on September 1994 and taken from his town Houla to Khiam detention camp where he had been prisoned for about two years. On July 1996, he had been released but in a miserable health state where he was suffering a coma as a result of an internal bleeding and blood inflammation. Mustafa had suffered several kinds of torture methods such as:

Putting him in a solitary confinement full of stagnant water, electrical shock, hooding… Finally, he sustained a sharp internal bleeding leading him to be moved to Marjeyoun Hospital. As the “Israeli” occupation forces knew well that his state had become desperate, they delivered him, in a coma state, to the International Committee for the Red Cross, which in turn, entered him to Middle East Hospital in Beirut.

Since then, Mustafa had been treating, but his state continued in deterioration. For about one month, he has been put in quarantine at American University Hospital of Beirut. The medical reports described his state as serious and desperate until he died on the last Saturday.

Mohammad Safa, Secretary of the Follow-up Committee for Support of Lebanese Detainees in “Israelis” Jails, said  the martyr Rida Mustafa is one of the victims of “Israeli” torture in Khiam detention camp holding “Israel” the full responsibility of this new crime. He called on the international community to move seriously in order to put an end to these kinds of cold blooded executions carried by “Israel” against the detainees in Khiam concentration camp.

Eventually, Safa demanded the United Nations to send an international interrogation committee to the concerned concentration camp and release all the diseased detainees.

Exchanging Hostages and Martyrs’ Corpses (4):
“Israel’s” TV voiced that the swap between “Israel” and Lebanon over exchanging the hostages and martyrs’ corpses with the “Israeli” soldier body parts had become imminent. The swap expected to be carried on two stages. The first stage, which would involve exchanging the Lebanese martyrs’ corpses with the “Israeli” soldier body parts, is intended to be executed by air. On the second day, the Lebanese hostages are designed to be released by buses via the “Israeli”-occupied enclave under the auspices of the International Committee for the Red Cross.

Elsewhere, several “Israeli” newspapers had pointed out that “Israel’s” military rabbinical authorities had proceeded to dig out martyrs’ corpses of Hizbullah from a special cemetery located near Banat Jacoub bridge which is closed to the occupied Golan Heights.

The correspondent of “Israel’s” TV reported that “at this night or tomorrow morning the digging out and preparing the bodies will begin”.

He added: “Despite the ambiguity of implementing this operation, it might be carried out on two stages:
