Introduction
The "Israeli" occupation forces followed up their aggressions on South Lebanon and Western Beqaa. The "Israeli" aggressions represented in artillery shelling, storming, detaining and breaching the Lebanese airspace.

Meanwhile and inspite the talks over peace process, "Israel's" commanders are now busy in modernizing the combatant tenet of the "Israeli" Army in order to encounter dangers in the region.
"Israeli" Aggressions:

The families of Mohammad Ali Yassine and Ali Hussein Ayoub (1) were miraculously survived after the "Israeli" heavy machine gun rounds had struck their houses at the eastern quarter of front-line village of Kfar Tibbnit.

Elsewhere, the citizen Ali Mohammad Karnib was hit by a shrapnel in his feet and transported to Hammoud Hospital in Saida for treatment as his village, Haddatha, exposed to artillery shelling.
It is well know that these aggressions form a clear breach for the April 1996 Understanding which stated that "under no conditions shall the civilians be targets".

However, two "Israeli" jets staged, at 4:25pm, a sortie on the woodland of Al-Rafih Mountain firing two air-to-surface rockets. The blasts echoed throughout the area while the dense smoke columns were seen emanating from the scene.

Also, the "Israeli" batteries shelled in the morning Litani and Zahrani rivers bands and the perimeters of Hamra, Yohmor Shkeif, Mazraat Hamra, Wadi El-Akhdar and the road between Habboush and Arab Salim. Earlier this day, Mohaibib compound targeted the villages of Aita El-Jabal and Haddatha with a number of 155mm missiles.

In Tyre, the "Israeli" troops bombarded, at 5:00am, Litani River bands and the outskirts of Qabrikha and Baraasheit villages with more than twenty shells. The "Israeli" shelling spread to include, at 6:30am, Slouqi Valley and the eastern quarter of Froun village. This was accompanied by firing heavy machine gun rounds.

In Eastern Sector, Qatraneh heights and Sraireh forests came, at 2:00am, under several mortar shells emanating from Rihan area, whereas a number of flare shells lightened the front line. Also, Kawkaba position fired in the morning heavy machine gun rounds at Mazraat Ahmadieh and olive groves near Qilya village.

Elsewhere, an Irish soldier serving in Unifil (2) was lightly wounded when mortar shells exploded in the front-line village of Haddatha.

Sgt. Patrick Leahy and Cpl. Rita Lowbridge were driving towards the Irish Unifil battalion's B Company headquarters in the village when several rounds landed nearby. Leahy was hit in the elbow by shrapnel and Lowbridge suffered from shock.

Both received treatment at a clinic in the Irish battalion's headquarters in Tibbnine.
The mortars appeared to have been fired by Lahd's militiamen manning the post on a hill above the village.

Unifil has opened an investigation into the incident and is expected to lodge a strongly worded protest with the "Israelis".

For its part, an "Israeli"-Lahdi common force (6) stormed into a number of houses in Khiam town and took Akram Hussein Idriss and Ibrahim Rahil Taleb to Khiam detention center.

Islamic Resistance Operations (7):
The Islamic Resistance group of two martyrs Hassan Yassine and Ibrahim Issa attacked, at 15:30, Sojod outpost with the machine guns and rocket-propelled grenades chalking up direct goals.

Combatant Tenet (8)
The "Israeli" calls over formulating a new combatant tenet for "Israel's" Army are in continuous increase to replace that of Ben Gurion's which prevail since 1948.

Although the peace process "Israel" claims joining with, its deputy Chief of Staff Miltan Felnai was quoted as saying: "The peace doesn't revoke the dangers. In the best cases, it only postponed them".

This shows that "Israel's" strategic option is to dominate, militarily, politically and informationally, the states and peoples of this region. The implications of such an option are nothing but the rejection of the real peace that cann't be established on the logic of power but on a firm conviction of peace and its benefits.

New "Israeli" Policy against 1948 Palestinians (9)
"Israel's" TV revealed that Netanyahu's government had formed, in secret, a committee with the aim of drafting "new policy" towards the 1948 Palestinians.

The committee, which is composed of Netanyahu and seven ministers, held yesterday the third meeting in the presence of security officials to formulate a "strategy" towards the Arab population. The pretense of this step is that "Israel's" Arab, especially in Eastern Quds, are helping more and more the Palestinian Authority headed by Yasser Arafat.

By this, the "Israelis" are trying to divide the Palestinian people into separate groups in accordance with the partition stemmed from the setbacks of 1948 and 1967.

It is obvious that the "Israelis" had forgotten that they had come from all over the world to settle down in Palestine claiming, at the same time, that they form as a one nation.
