On 27 September, Professor Vostanis gave a lecture on "The Clinical Interview for Traumatized Children", in which he explained how to conduct a clinical interview for a child and his family, and the modern methods of dealing with traumatized children.  He then gave a lecture on "Psychiatric Evaluation of Children" with special emphasis on children suffering from physical violence and trauma, in addition to discussing cases with the participants in the lecture.

During his visit, Professor Vostanis will conduct clinical supervision to the medical team members in GCMHP clinics.  He will also participate in the preparation of a program based on the latest scientific methods to treat traumatized Palestinian children suffering from the effects of the occupation.
