On 9 February 1999, a delegation of the International Commission of Jurists - Swedish Section visited GCMHP.  The visiting delegation consisted of Mr. Per Stadig, Director, and Ms. Annike Lindgren, Administrator.  The guests met Dr. Eyad El-Sarraj and a group of GCMHP staff members to discuss the Program's activities in the area of rehabilitating victims of human rights violations, and the overall psychological, political, and social situation in the Gaza Strip.

Moreover, the delegation toured the different departments of the Program and visited the Women's Empowerment Project.  The guests expressed their admiration of the activities of the Program and the services it renders to the Palestinian society.
