On February 8, 1999, Dr. Eyad El-Sarraj met Mr. Christohe Beney, head of ICRC Mission in Gaza, and Mr. Stephane Jacquier, ICRC Coordinator of Palestinian Delegation.

Dr. Sarraj discussed with the delegation the Palestinian Human Rights conditions and the activities of the GCMHP.  They also discussed possible means of coordination between ICRC and the GCMHP.
