Dr. Barbra Harrell-Bond
Dr. Harrell-Bond is a British Anthropologist
of law. She did research in Britain and West Africa on refugees. In 1982,
she started the Refugee Studies Programme at Oxford University. She supported
the establishment of the GCMHP. |
