The Natural History Museum contains a collection of more than 2500 specimens, fossils. rocks, fauna and herbarium.

The Evangelical Lutheran Church in Jordan and Palestine donated the Martin Luther collection of stuffed native and migratory birds (about 400 pieces) to the center. This collection is the work of the late German Prof. And theologian Gustav Dahlman. The Museum also contains works by late Dr. Sana Issa Atallah and Dr. Mazin Qumsiya, both a nature ascientist from Beit Sahour. The Museum Talitha Kumi School collection is also included in the museum.
