         My research is dealing with long range transport of pollutants from Europe to Western Black Sea region. I am collecting rain samples my means of rain  auto-sampler and rain gage connected to data logger, then I  am analyzing them for trace metals (e.g.. Cd, Pb, Sb, Al, Na, K, Mn, Mg...) by means of Atomic Absorption Spectrometry (AAS) with flame and Graphite Furnace Techniques. Furthermore, INAA will be done to analyze trace metals also. In addition  to this i am analyzing samples for ions (NO3, SO4, Cl and NH4) by means of HPLC and spectrohpotometric methods. After this we are going to apply some statistics (Factor Analysis, Back Trajectory) using statistical program packages (SGPlus, SPSS, Lotus, Excel) and then determine the significant correlation between  the different variables.
