This imaginative calendar represents an artistic narrative inspired by photo-journalistic images of the Intifadah of Independence. The calendar was created out of photos of cardboard cut-out images, displayed on large poster formats in an artistic rendering of reality. The images were created by Architecture students from the Faculty of Engineering as part of a course in Visual Communications for first year students. The calendar is currently being sold locally.

All the proceeds from the distribution of the calendar will go to support the Birzeit University Student Aid Fund. The Student Aid Fund provides need and merit based scholarships for undergraduate students at Birzeit University.
