Prior to the fall of 1995, we held seminars at the Law Center on the following topics:
- the American legal process (in cooperation with U.S.I.S.);
- the legal and institutional conditions of economic activity (in cooperation with IRIS of the University of Maryland);
- the legal system in the West Bank between 1948 and 1967;
- the Palestinian drafts for the electoral system;
- international humanitarian law (in cooperation with ICRC);
- the system of co-ownership in Palestine.
In the fall of 1995, the Law Center launched "Birzeit Legal Encounters", which is a series of bi-weekly seminars on topic of interest to the Palestinian legal community. The following is a list of the seminars presented:
