PUBLICATIONS

The Law Center is planning to publish books and papers from its many seminars, conferences, and training programs, as well as research papers, and the Palestinian Legal Inventory. The following is a list of the publications we have published to date:

• Which Legal System For Palestine?. Our first book is a collection of papers presented during the conference of the same title hosted by the Birzeit Law Center in Gaza Strip in April, 1995.). This book, in Arabic only, gives an overview of the legal system in the West Bank and Gaza, as well as papers on its future direction. (Cost: 15 NIS).
• The Legal Status of Palestine Under International Law by Paul J.I.M. de Waart, Professor of International Law, Free University of Amsterdam. This is a paper presented by Professor de Waart at the Law Center in September 1995 as part of the Center's Birzeit Legal Encounters series. (Cost 5 NIS)
