Researching, writing, editing, design, and lay-out of English language newsletter; preparation of project proposals and progress reports; international networking and correspondence; facilitating workshops and seminars; meet with journalists, researchers and delegations to give information on Palestinian education; gather information from other educational institutions and NGOs; maintenance of Educational Network WWW site.

Newsletter editing and translation; financial records, accounts and budgets; preparation of project proposals; maintenance and classification of resource library; updating of newsletter subscription lists; meet and give information to visiting researchers and delegations.

Coordinate NGO activities; supervise Parent Council project; prepare and organize workshops and seminars; writing and editing of Al-Multaqa; local networking; organizing of Educational Conferences.
