CEOHS derives its support from a number of sources: Overhead costs, maintenance of the laboratory, utility services, and so on, as well as part of the personnel budget are provided out of Birzeit University funds. Development costs, purchases of major equipment and other nonrevenue-earining depend upon outside funds provided by donor organizations and individuals. Services offered to profit-making organizations are for a fee calculated to recover costs as part of its non-profit income generating activities.
