Brief
You are to write a problem statement of no longer than 500 words that will deal with the key difficulties your organisation faces in producing and disseminating information.
Use research you have already completed from assignment one as well as additional information you may already have at your work-place. Also do not be reticent about including your own personal opinions about where the key problems lie.
Task one
Review research from assignment one, documents and evaluations from work and your own ideas concerning the representation of facts relevant to your information service.
Task two
List the problems as far as possible in major categories to produce a problem statement. ( See the sample problem statement on w3m).
