Article 35

Attacks and bombings on the civilian population, inflicting incalculable suffering, especially on women and children, who are the most vulnerable members of the population, shall be probibited, and such acts shall be condemned

يحظر الاعتداء على المدنيين وقصفهم بالقنابل، الأمر الذي يلحق الآما لا تحصى بهم، وخاصة النساء والأطفال الذين هم أفراد المجتمع مناعة، وتدان هذه الأعمال.
