United Nations Security Council Resolution 252 Concerning the Application of Israel Law, Jurisdiction and Administration to East Jerusalem, 21 May 1968 All legislative and administrative measures and actions taken by Israel, including the expropriation of land and properties thereon, which tend to change the legal status of Jerusalem are invalid and cannot change that status; Urgently calls upon Israel to rescind all such measures already taken and to desist forthwith from taking any further action which tends to change the status of Jerusalem |
ان جميع الاجراءات الادارية و التشريعية ، و جميع الأعمال التي قامت بها اسرائيل بما في ذلك مصادرة الأراضي و الأملاك التي من شأنها أن تؤدي الى تغيير في الوضع القانوني للقدس ، هي اجراءات باطله ، و لا يمكن أن تغير في وضع القدس . قرار مجلس الأمن رقم(252) الخاص بتطبيق القانون والتشرعات والاجراءات الادارية الاسرائيلية على القدس الشرقية الصادر بتاريخ أيار عام 1978. |
