Article 35

The General Assembly, reaffirms the inalienable right of the Palestinians to return to their homes and property from which they have been displaced and uprooted, and calls for their return

 أن الجمعية العامة تؤكد من  جديد حق الفلسطينيي غير القابل للتصرف، في العودة الى ديارهم وممتلكاتهم التي شردوا منها واقتلعوا منها، وتطالب باعادتهم، وتشدد على أن الاحترام الكلي لحقوق الشعب الفلسطيني هذه غير القابلة للتصرف، واحقاق هذه الحقوق، أمر لا غنى عنهما لحل قضية فلسطين.
