Women ruling the world?? Jan, being a woman myself, this
may sound very strange, but that wouldn't be a good thing! The
"concerned Ramallah American" said it perfectly - a
woman's actions are based on emotions and feeling. To Yousef and
Jameel... come on! Being married has nothing to do with the way
someone thinks! Women causing all the problems? Do you have a
girlfriend? Do you ever plan on getting married to a woman? Did
your father give birth to you? Doubtful! Let's give both sides
credit where credit is due. The men do the fighting to protect
their country and freedom - what little there is left. The women
are left to tend to these men when they are injured or dying. The
governments are made up mostly of men... which says what? The
issue is not men versus women; it's about violence, blood shed
and death. It's about a government trying to take what is not
rightly theirs and another government doing nothing to help stop
it. Men vs women, young vs old... we are all people and everybody
is someone's son or daughter!!

private chat room Ramallah at 8:00 eastern time on Thursday, Dec

Jan, I agree with you. As mother's, we suffer a great deal.
The pain that these families are feeling is immense. There is
nothing to fill that void. I would love to see a resolution to
the whole situation soon. I would love to see the children from
both countries to be able to run about free without fear of
getting hurt. That would be truly beautiful. Both sides need to
reflect; I hope all of our prayers can be heard. If God can
forgive us for our sins that we commit, if he sacrificed his own
son for our sake and yet loves us immensely, why can we not
forgive one another? I think that is a point that we all need to
reflect upon. I hope and pray that this New Year brings us all
together in peace and harmony. I hope that our prayers will allow
the leaders of both sides of this situation manifest clearer and
harmonious resolutions for this New Year. I wish all of you the
best and may the Lord bring you and your families many blessings
in this upcoming New Year.

This message is for Jan Norman (the american), Fortunately,
the world is NOT controlled by women because if it was, we would
be 2000 years backwards in terms of modern technology and living.
Women make decisions based on emotions and feelings, however
history shows that this is not the correct way to go, decisions
should be based on facts and predicted results as men usually do.
Also, we all need to remember that 99.99999% of all of the
Palestinians martyred over the last 100 years were MEN, not
women. In every peace loving country, the men bear the brunt of
defending freedom and justice, however we are not appreciated for
putting our lives on the line. By the way, your expected lack of
education says that there are a few violent countries at isue.
The violent countries are the US, Israel, and the UK. Read some
history books that were written by educated men. Please think
about what you are saying Jan.....

up before they get too much power.

In response to Jan Norman's absurd comment: How can you
even think of that idea that women should rule the world. I am
beginning to think that you are probably married. All women do is
talk about others in a bad way, all the men get along fine, but
they cause tension between the families.

Second Wish Zailena from TX THE ELIMINATION OF PREDJUDICE
because prejudice fuels ideas that are violent.People can become
so impassioned about a violent idea. I believe only God decides
who is to die and when just as HE decides who will be born and
when. It is not for humankind to deal with such fragile issues.
We are to use our God given gifts for intangibles such as love,
peace, creativity, humaneness. Our world has far greater potential
than what we humans have created so far. I would like to see
Teddy Bears collected for children in the war countries. Where
can we send Teddy Bears. Teddy Bears are very comforting to
children no matter what they have to live through. A teddy bear
is quiet, comfy friend. WHERE TO SEND THE BEAR? Any churches?
Perhaps the webmaster of this site would know? Peace to all...
Christmas night at 11:00pm we should all pray for the fighting in
Middle East to end. collective prayer can work.

Zailena in TX OK my one wish for christmas...going back to
your Nov.email. That the actual people who started the violence
in the violent countries come forward and honestly admit their
part and that the children of their countries weren't the ones
fighting and dying that the old men who create these problems
would say specifically their part and try to work it out in a
civilized way.Aren't we living in civilization? I can't believe
men must be so complicated all the time.God is complicated.Try to
figure HIM out. Men should let the women run the world. Women
know, regardless of being Palestinian, Irish, Israeli,Bosnian
etc. the pain of losing their children. Men just think of greed
and possession. Their I have said it.That is my wish. Let the
mothers of the world RULE mother EARTH and see how peaceful and
cooperative the world becomes.

Hello and Marhaba to all Arabs living around the world. I
hope all Arabs have a safe and wonderful Christmas and Ramadan
with your family and relatives. Another year is coming to an end
and the Arab World is still in a very weak, humiliating, and
disunited position. We Arabs must all work together and put aside
very childish and unimportant issues and look at the big picture.
Arab political and military unity among all 23 states means Arab
dominance over the entire world! The martyrs of Palestine (tens
of thousands over the last 100 years) will never be forgotten.

Nice web site for our cause ! Here is some news why the
Israeli economic situation is not so good.BETHLEHEM (December 22)
- Christmas celebrations in Bethlehem this year will be minimal,
with only religious ceremonies marking the holiday in the town. A
press release issued by the Bethlehem 2000 Project stated:
"The people of Bethlehem and its government are suffering,
just like all Palestinians living in the Palestinian territories,
from the continuing and grave hostilities perpetrated by the
occupation forces and the settlers.

Greetings to all... I have visited this site several times
before, but never sat down and read the guestbook due to a lack
of time. I was pleasantly suprised the day I stumbled onto this
site and, behold, my father-in-law's old house is in the picture
tour!! I am not Palestinian by blood, but I am married to the
most wonderful Palestinian man in the world! What a shame it was
that during the Gulf War he had to remove his airbrushed license
plate with his name in Arabic for fear of trouble. Also, it was a
shame that a couple family members phones were tapped during that
time because they were past president of the Arab-American
Federation. I keep close tabs on the situation in Palestine and I
no more agree with it than any blood-born Palestinian. I hope to
one day take my children to Palestine to learn first hand of
their heritage on their father's side. My husband and his sibling
are very fluent in Arabic and I am hoping my kids will be as
well, but I notice that the younger kids (under 25) are not. To
me that is a shame! Yes, we live in the United States and I do
believe that you should adopt the customs of where you live, but
I also believe you should preserve your "roots" at the
same time.

For years Israel has been urged to trade land for peace -
to sacrifice the tangible for the unlikely, I am convinced we
must start at a different, earlier point. We must urge Arab
nations to begin by trading peace for peace - to end a permanent
state of war with Israel. Before all else, Israel must accept the
rights for all Palestinian refugees to return to their homeland,
must pull-out from all the settlements that were built on
Palestinian soil, and must accept the fact that Jerusalem is and
always be the Capital of Palestine, and then we will hear from
Arab mouths words that : Israel has a right to exist. "

On September 28, 2000, our Palestinian brothers and sisters began the second Intifada against the Israeli occupation. To date, more than tw o hundred Palestinian brothers and sisters have been killed and thousands injured; many of who have been children. The Cities under Palestinian authority control have been hit hard with missiles from gun ships and tanks. Our people have been barricaded b y the Israel military, leaving many without the opportunity to work and earn their livelihood. Although there is aid coming in from the Arab world, this has not filtered down to many of the people and institutions in the City of Ramallah. The Federat ion has received many appeals requesting our support and our aid to meet these needs. Many of you have been watching the devastation occurring in our land of our birth and the land of our ancestry and heritage. All of us are sickened and devastated by w h at we see. We have an opportunity and as well an obligation to help our Palestinian brothers and sisters. Our Federation has resolved to embark on a National Campaign to raise funds to meet the needs of our people and our beloved City. This is a time f or all of us to dig down into our resources and be generous for this important and humanitarian cause. Although our hearts and our minds are with our people in Palestine, we need to also put our financial resources with them. We ask you to generously donate to this appeal. Please note that your check should be made payable to the "American Ramallah Federation Relief Fund." This donation is tax deductible. We are looking forward to receiving your generous donations.
Very truly yours,

Diane, I totally agree with you. I hope the rest of the
world can understand that. Peace and harmony would be beautiful.
There is so much hate; of course, evil has its way of manifesting
itsself. We would all have alot more harmony if prejudices,
hatred, and the fear of understanding would be overcome. Maybe
one day, the teachings of God will institute itsself in the human
race. Alot of materialism has destructed what our foundations
should really be. Everyone is worried about beating the other
person: the perfect job, the better grades, to be the perfect
mate, satisfying the family norm, the better household, more
money, etc... Is this what we are now? I understand that money in
this day and age is a necessary evil. How else are we to eat and
have a roof over our heads. However, doesn't everyone else think
we have gone too extreme. Just my point of view. I truly wish
everyone Happy Holidays. May all your families be blessed.

This situation between Arabs and Jews has so many facets. I
am half-Palestinian, and half-British, and I live in America. I
feel tremendous sympathy for my Palestinian ancestors and
relatives, but I don't think I can truly appreciate what it must
be like over there right now. I was hoping to take a trip to

I have already discovered those of my Mothers side. Now it seems
that this journey will be impossible for some time, and this
saddens me. I would like to know the name of any organization

Our very own Jeffrey Ghannam wrote a great article in the
American Bar Association Journal - you can get a copy from the
following site: http://www.abanet.org/journal/dec00/frefug.html
Everyone should read this and pass it along. Also, letters to the
ABA should be sent commending them for running the story. Below
is a draft of what I've written: "The Dispossessessed: Where
Will They Go?" by Jeffrey Ghannam was insightfull and
thought provoking. While reading it, I found a familiar and all
too common theme running through it, namely, when it comes to the
State of Israel, what's good for the goose is never good for the
gander. Israel wants the world to reject justice and equity, by
asking the world to turn a blind eye to U.N. Resolution 194 which
provides for the Palestinian peoples right of return. However,
only a short time ago, the world was asked to support these very
same principles, based not on international law, but on the old
testament, and displace the indigenous Palestinian population for
the creation for a Jewish state for the Jewish victims of the
holocaust. This inconsistency not only flies in the face of
logic, it boldy defies all bounds of human decency. This
illogical thinking is best summed up by the Israeli Peace Now
Spokesman Didi Remez when he asks the world to be
"pragmatic" and "put historical injustice
aside" when it comes to Palestinian refugees. Mr. Remez if
the world were pragmatic and ignored historical injustice - the
State of Israel would not exist. It is time for Israel to face
reality and deal with the problem her existence created. The
Palestinian refugee problem will not go away and the world
community must take a stand, reject the double standard and let
Israel know that enough is enough - it's time for true
peace."

Zailena, an answer to your question. We should all wish for

In reference to Jim's comments, I would just like to say
that I agree with you that Arab states today are ineffective in
pursuing their goals as one nation and people. Why is that? Many
people fail to realize or understand this, but the reason is that
the great majority of our so-called "Arab" governments
are backward, corrupt, Western installed family regimes that have
a sole purpose of serving Western interests, not their own
peoples interests. Who am I referring to? The obsolete puppet
monarchies in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait (Iraqi province), Oman,
Bahrain, Qatar, UAE, Jordan, and Morocco. These governments are
the ones keeping the Arab people behind the rest of the world in
that they discourage technical education of their people, they
discourage industrialization of their economies, and they want to
keep their countries as "customers to the world"
instead of producers and merchants to the world like Germany,
Japan, and the US. Even simple things such as trash cans (in
these countries) are produced somewhere else. The bottom line is
that every little thing in these countries comes from somewhere
else because the governments in those countries do not encourage
any kind of manufacturing or modernization. We all think that the
Gulf Arab states are soo rich, however did you know that Germany
is three times as wealthy as ALL of the Arab Gulf states
combined? What a joke huh? And they don't have any oil either.
How did they get so wealthy? It is because through hard work,
Germany has a modern industrialized economy whichs sells some of
the best cars, aircraft, and electronics all around the world. If
there is something Germany needs, they produce it themselves,
they don't run to purchase it from another country which is
competing economically with it. This is common sense, however
most of our so-called Arab governments totally lack it.....

Sal, are you surprised? When were Arabs anywhere around the
world effective? Why don't we have our homeland by now? Let us
not fool ourselves, it is not because Israel is strong or their
money at work in the US, it is simply because the Arabs are weak
and ineffective in anything they do. Sad isn't it. In spite of
this reality, I still have hope. Justice somehow always prevails.

This doesn't happen often, so I wanted to follow up on my
last entry and send this link. Here's a few quotes from the
article: "After Gaza Rocket Attack, State Dept. Gives Israel
Stern Warning" "The murderous new cycle of violence in
Gaza today drew the most severe warning to Israel by the Clinton
administration since the fighting broke out seven weeks
ago." "the State Department issued a statement that
said, in part, "The Israelis also need to understand that
the excessive use of force is not the right way to
go."" "Privately, senior administration officials
described the Israeli response to the bombing of the bus, in
which two Israeli adults were killed, as disproportionate and
excessive." Here's the actual article:
http://www.nytimes.com/2000/11/21/world/21DIPL.html This was in
Time.com's site: "Washington appeared more mindful of the
diplomatic danger following Monday's Israeli attacks on Gaza,
publicly cautioning Israel against an "excessive"
response and privately, but through the New York Times,
castigating it for the same. " This isn't much, but it's
definately a different tone than we're used to hearing.

Very interesting comments made on c-span yesterday by the
State Department Richard Boucher. He stressed the importance of
BOTH sides to end the violence and interestingly enough,
basically stated that Israel needs to end it's "excessive
use of force". Yes, his exact words were "excessive use
of force". Looks like the US has recognized Israel's
forceful ways as inappropriate, just like the rest of the
international community does. If a transcript of these comments
comes out, I will definately provide them on this site because
there were alot of comments Richard Boucher said that I think are
important for people to see. I hope everyone has a safe and happy
Thanksgiving! We should all pray for those less fortunate than us
as well as for those living in violent conditions. God bless!

List Of Palestinian Martyrs Name
List. The health Minister Riyad Za'noun said
that toll of Israeli shooting against the Palestinians since the
beginning of the Intifada has reaches the unpresedented number of
(10,000) injured, out of whom 40% received head injuries, 20%
injured in the eyes, 20% injured in the chest and 20% in the
limbs. Dr. Za'noun added that 25 children lost their eyes and
another 17 were decleared clinically dead while others are under
continued comma following injuries by the israeli snipper shots.
82% of the injured were hit by special bullets (domdom) that
explode inside the human body.(This kind of bullets is prohibited
by the international law). The Israeli occupation forces also
used tanks and Air-born missiles to hit Palestinian residential
areas and against Palestinian demonstrators. The Israeli
occupation forces also arrested more than 500 Palestinian since
the beginning of the Intifada. Ambulances and medics were also
among the targets of the soldiers and the settlesrs.(Recalling
the medic M. Al-Baleisi who was shot dead while trying to reach
the child Moh'd Al-Durra and his father). 26 ambulances have been
attacked, 29 medics and medical volunteers in the Red Crescent
were injured. Moreover, 54 ambulances have been hindered by the
Israeli military blockades, both from arriving to the injured and
taking them to hospitals. The coordinator of the U.N issued a
report on the losses which the Palestinian economy has suffered
as a result of the blockade on the Palestinian cities, villages
and refugee camps by the Israeli forces since the beginning of
the Intifada till Oct. 18th, 2000. The report estimates the daily
loss as ($186.2 million), i.e ($9.8 million).

FBI bullies Arafat Gaza is physically so tiny that it has
to be a place of contrasts. At midday, I was sitting amid long
grass, amid lemon and fig trees, and bushes of pomegranates and
gardenia, listening to one of Yasser Arafat's most trusted
lieutenants telling me of George Tenet's threats. Indeed, the
head of the CIA, so frequent a visitor to Gaza, seemed strangely
present because my host knows the CIA boys well. A couple of
hours later, I watched an Israeli soldier run from the border
fence and squat in the muddy dunes of Karni to take aim at a boy
holding a sling-shot. There was a high-pitched crack, the thwack
of a bullet hitting something and the youth was on the ground,
two men running towards him with a stretcher. The rifle cracked
again and, just once, I heard the bulletwhizz through the air to
my right. Yes, Mr Arafat's man had told me in his orchard, the
CIA knew the Israelis were deliberately trying to kill
stone-throwers. "We have shown them the statistics and taken
them to watch these unequal battles," he said.
"Personally, they agree with us that the Israelis are
shooting at the upper part of the body." From the orchard,
with its fruit flies and sparrows, to the mud of Karni was
perhaps only a mile. And it was odd how the threats and anger of
the talks at Camp David fitted in so naturally with the blood and
tyre-shrieking ambulances down the road. Mr Arafat's officer did
not mince his words. The story had come to him from Mr Arafat, at
the very end of the Camp David talks which had brought us all,
within weeks, to the catastrophe that now embraces
"Palestine" and, some would say, Israel as well.
"Tenet had gone to Arafat warning: 'We can make new borders,
we can make peoples, we can make new regimes'," he said.
This is what the CIA boss told Mr Arafat at Camp David. And when
the Palestinian leader would not make the capitulation that Bill
Clinton and the Israeli Prime Minister, Ehud Barak, wanted, Mr
Tenet threatened Mr Arafat. He said: "So you will go back to
the Middle East alone." He meant that he would not have the
support of the CIA. And Mr Arafat replied: "If this is the
case, you are most welcome to come to my funeral – but I
won't accept your offers." Around us, the flies and birds
moved through the hot trees. Mr Arafat's grey-headed factotum
chewed through a mandarin, the juice dribbling down his chin,
occasionally taking calls on his mobile phone as his two sons
picked olives off a tree behind us. "You have to understand
that what has happened between Shimon Peres [former Israeli prime
minister] and Arafat is just an armistice," he said.
"The worst is yet to come. We may have a few days of less
trouble. But that is all. We know how to start things and we
don't know where it will end. But we believe that if it lasts
longer, the results will be better. Nobody knows how the
mechanism of war develops." At Karni, Arafat's officer had
ordered restraint. A clutch of police captains swept their arms
in front of the crowd of youths halfway down the road. "Go
back up there," they shouted. There was a momentary movement
in the crowd; then the policemen were ignored. Perhaps 400 youths
stood on the narrow road and advanced in a mass, almost falling
off the edge of the road, offering the Israelis a target they
could not miss, seeking the "martyrdom" that the
Israelis – and most of us cannot understand. It was an
extraordinary scene. A group had unified without a word of
command for an understood goal. They wanted to be targets. The
Israelis obliged. A cluster of tear-gas canisters failed to shift
the crowd; a single live round did the trick. There were shouts
and a stretcher bobbing through the screaming youths and an
ambulance driving through the dust for the Shifa Hospital. Before
dusk, an armoured Israeli convoy thundered down the road from the
Jewish settlement of Nitzarim, ordering motorists at gunpoint to
turn round. The road runs through Palestinian Gaza and the
Israelis – note, they must not be called
"occupiers" – were trying to force a passage down
to the border through Karni. Under the terms of the Oslo
Agreement, the Israelis can use this route with a Palestinian
escort. But there was no Oslo, and no escort. But then they
stopped and I realised that they were waiting for Palestinian
Authority guarantees of safety before daring to move down the
road to the Israeli border. And I knew that Mr Arafat's man in
the orchard would be on his mobile phone, deciding whether or not
it was safe for the occupiers to go home. George Tenet should
have been with us at that hour.

There is a site I stumbled upon that every Arab might find
interesting. Israel is in so much turmoil ...oh booo hooo. This
is such a hard time for all Israeli's. How do the Arab sleep at
night killing so many innocent Israeli's? It's such a sad
situation whats going on in sweet, God-fearing, peaceful Israel.
Those poor poor Hebrews! All they want to do is maintain the
peace... RIGHT???? Wrong! Complete bull! Check out this website.
It's disgusting how INNOCENT they make Jewish people out to be!
DISGUST is the ONLY feeling I felt when I read the presidential
prayer for Jerusalem. See for yourself. How PATHETIC is this weak
approach to make Yassir Arafat look bad!? How dare they??!
WWW.SAVEJERUSALEM.ORG GO TO IT! SEE FOR YOURSELF! Israel's sick
attempts, let me say this... You (Israel media) can fool the
American public into believing your fake sympathy cries! You can
fool people, but you can NOT fool God! You will get whats coming
to you. In the end, in the complete and bitter end...ALL the
Arabs will get their land, their pride, and their freedom back!
Blessed are the poor in spirit...theirs is the Kingdom of God!

Wake up from the stone age The leadership of the
Palestinians need to organize their revolt, make it more
effective against the Israeli and more save for the Palestinians
? The poor Palestinians seem to have no one to advise them on
simple things, such as on wearing protective gear, or on how to
carry injured Palestinians......here are some of the obvious
things which should be done : 1- Some Palestinians were shown on
TV shooting their guns in the air in celebration (Fate7), these
bullets can fall back down and hit the Palestinians crowds, plus
the bullets are expensive... 2- The Palestinian government should
buy vests, and helmets to partially protect the protesting
children from certain death, and sever wound when they face the
Israeli guns with open chest. Those brave Palestinians who are
dying can not be replaced, and helmets are cheaper than treating
head, spine, and stomach injury .. 3- The demonstrators should be
provided with a wooden board to carry the injured on, the way
they carry the injured with his head hanging down, and shaking,
is likely to cause bad spine injury, if not paralysis. Of course
these young men do not know this, and need to be trained in First
Aid...... 4- The adult Palestinians protesters need to cover
their face when they are being filmed, the Israeli get all the
films from the media for retaliation, and assassination.... the
Israeli secret police when they at one time were filmed in
civilian cloth acting as Palestinians, then they put a mask on
their face and started catching and beating the Palestinians, the
world media caught them in the act on video, but they distorted
their picture on the film to hide their face, so the Palestinians
can't tell who they are ( while they never did this with any
Palestinian video, including the one who killed the undercover
Israeli soldiers, and were captured latter. 5- The best way for
the Palestinians to protect themselves is to dress like Israeli
settlers, with Traditional Jewish cloth, a Yamakah, and a gun on
the shoulder, the Israeli army will not shoot them if they
thought they are settlers. 7- The burning of Israeli flags is
very stupid thing, the Israeli do not burn the Palestinian flag,
they burn the Palestinian Olive trees which are the life line of
their economy, and can not be replaced in many years, burning a
Palestinian Olive tree, is like a Palestinians burning an Israeli
diamond, or computer chip factory, it is the economy which
matter. 6- The "Stone Intifadah" is an old tool, and
should be abandoned. It is only killing the best, and bravest
Palestinians, who can not be replaced. It has little chance of
victory, the World Opinion doesn't give a dam, the US congress,
and media attacked and blamed the Palestinian victims.... the
Palestinian should either surrender to Israel or find an
effective way to fight it. 7- 7ezballah which is smaller, and
weaker than the Palestinian did not force Israel out of Lebanon
using stones. Israel can live for months with the current
"Stones Intifadah", were hundred of Palestinians are
dying, and thousand are permanently injured and disabled ( And
will be a future burden on the Palestinian community). The
speeches, and Poetry we keep hearing on the Palestinian media is
not too much discomfort for Israel. Actually 7ezbalah attack on
Israel economic computer network from the Internet, which shut
them down, is more effective than all this stone age Intifadah. I
think Peace is the best solution for the Israeli Palestinian
conflict, but if the Israel has not come to that conclusion, and
if the Palestinians want to fight, then they should not fight
like brave men, but like smart men. You can't face Helicopters
with stones, it is not fare for those brave Palestinian children.
Israel is choosing the time, place, method, and the out come....
These stone battles are stupid usless suicide on the part of the
Palestinians.

60 Minutes" is planning to do a story on Muhammad
Al-Dura from the Israeli Defense Force's perspective. The new IDF
perspective, or their new public relations spin, is that the
Israelis were "set up" by the Palestinians to purposely
shoot the little boy. According to the Ha'aretz article below,
the Israelis are now claiming the entire event was a public
relations plan by the Palestinians gone wrong. They have
"re-constructed" and "recreated" the scene
for 60 Minutes, on video, and they NOW claim that Palestinians
set up the father and the son, as well as the Red Cross worker
who died, as well as the journalsit - to videotape the entire
tragedy- for propaganda purposes. To me this denial and story is
comparable to Holocaust deniers who say the Holocaust never
happened. We cannot wait for the show to air before we act. The
lies will already have been told & undoing them will be
impossible. We must immediately call the executive producer of 60
Minutes, Don Hewitt (pronounced hyoo' witt) at 212-975-2006.
Please mention the following points, in any order you wish. 1)The
Israelis are being cruel by not admitting that they killed this
little boy. 2)If anyone did an investigation, it should be a
NEUTRAL PARTY. The Israelis are not a neutral party. THEIR
investigation is simply a public relations stunt- it is about
damage control. It's not about finding out the truth. 3)If
Israelis are allowed to air their investigation, Palestinians
should be allowed to share THEIR investigation of the matter.
4)All witnesses should be spoken to, including the journalist,
the father, a Red Crescent rep (since a Red Crescent worker was
also shot and killed by Israeli soldiers), and ANY and ALL
eyewitnesses. 5)If the Israelis had wanted to TRULY conduct a
fair investigation, they would not have TORN down the wall where
the boy had been killed. They destroyed the evidence! 6)All
witnesses should be allowed to see the claims, including the
Israeli recreated video, and should be allowed to talk about how
feasible the Israeli results are. 7)Also, please mention that 60
Minutes has in the past done stories in which Israeli editors
were caught red-handed editing video of a Palestinian massacre to
make it look like the Palestinians started the violence.
("60 Minutes" did a story in 1990 on the Al-Haram
Al-Sharif massacre of 19 Palestinians, with the help of Daoud
Kuttab, they found that an Israeli editor, a Rabbi, as well as an
Israeli spokesman- all lied about the incident. When 60 Minutes
ran the story they were bombarded by criticism including by those
who called Wallace a self-hating Jew. At least one, the head of
the American Jewish Committee later apologised after an Israeli
inquest proved the basic contentions of the "60
Minutes" report.) 8)Also mention the fact that Palestinians
are in no way denying that the 2 Israeli soldiers were killed by
other Palestinians. Palestinian police even went as far as to
apologize for the incident because they were unable to protect
the soldiers. Palestinians are not trying to put a spin on what
happened as the Israelis are doing with this poor boy's death.
9)The journalist who was there should have the most say in the 60
Minutest story. Did the Israelis talk to him when they did their
investigation? He was a witness to the entire tragedy. 10)****If
60 Minutes uncovers a pattern of lies with the Israeli version,
we ask that they please air the story in its entirety, including
any contradictions or inconsistencies. It's only fair, if they
are purposely being misled by the Israelis, that 60 Minutes tells
the WHOLE story.

Hello to all. I just wanted to remind everyone that it is
very important for us to use every power we have to achieve
justice. We need more members of the Palestinian and Ramallah
community to vote. I would suggest voting for Ralph Nader. Not
only is he an Arab-American, he is the only candidate who
believes in the right of return for Palestinians. Even if he does
not win, his party will get a large amount of money if he gets 5%
of the votes, and he will have a better shot in four years. By

Hello Everybody... I am also feeling the incredible pain of
our brothers and sisters dying. The only way to help them is to
each day do something proactive, and I have an action alert for
all of you today. After the Israeli Defense Army's website was
hacked repeatedly, AT&T took it upon itself to sponsor their
website to protect them against these hackers. AT&T therefore
shows its support for Israel's terrorist actions. What can we all
do? First, if you are using AT&T, call them up to tell them
you are switching phone companies and tell them exactly why. The
AT&T number is 1-877-840-3663, and then follow up with an
e-mail to Michael Armstrong at michaelarmstrong@ems.att.com and
tell him why you are switching. Other phone companies would be
glad to have your business, and tell them why you prefer them
over AT&T!!! The MCI phone number is 1-800-444-3333 and the
Sprint phone number is 1-800-PIN-DROP. Let's boycott AT&T and
show them that we're a force to be reckoned with! Peace all and
wish you well in these hard times, Desert Diva

I disagree with the comments being made about us Arab
Americans not being real Palestinians. Just because were not back
home witnessing murders and even (god forbid) getting shot at,
does not mean were not real Palestinians. I understand it's a
nightmare over there, and our lives in American cannot be
compared to what you all are going through back home, but there
isn't much we can do from where we are now- but mostly by no
choice! Most of us are doing the best we can to fight for our
country and innocent people dying…. I attend the rallies,
donate items, money- whatever I can do help our people, and so do
many others. You can speak for yourself when you accuse people
like me of not understanding what is going on with our family
& friends, because unless you know who your addressing
judgmental comments to, keep the criticism to a minimum…
Lets actually try to work together like Arabs should & help
